Sony PXW-FS7: 4K Super 35 Sensor
Leave it to Sony to steer the industry away from those ludicrous bread-box camera designs and come up with a product that's actually usuable in hand-held and documentary shooting. Oh, and go ahead and make it 4K capable while we're at it. But, nobody is perfect. The current Sony motorized zoom is not the greatest, but I've found my Canon EF L series glass works terrfic when paired with the FS7 Super 35 sensor. Given that it doesn't require a ton of extra grip hardware to be functional, I give kudos to the Sony design team for giving me the image of an F55 while also providing the ergonomics of an F800 on my shoulder. Well done Sony, well done!
